Cultural Transformation Engagement Programme - Croydon Council - The Council is looking for an experienced Organisation Development provider to work with them to co-design and co-deliver a rapid programme of engagement events across the whole organisation to further confirm the culture we are trying to change from and "cross the threshold" into our new way of thinking, being and working; in other words start to create the new culture we want by first declaring it and identifying and developing areas for action. These sessions will signal a reset and building of the future we want and a letting go of the unhelpful elements of our past'. QU342 - REMIX Learning Log - digital media story telling commission - AWARD - Birmingham City Council is looking for an organisation to bring together local artists and community representatives to create an Interactive Digital Media Storytelling, collecting voices of residents involved in the REMIX activities over the last two years and those who continue drawing an alternative vision of the area: - Organisers of the community events - Members of the Reservoir Consortium, - Directors of Eat and Make and Play and the ULG Coordinator, - as well as other residents who have been advocating for greater community engagement in planning processes and the meaning of community assets, i.e. Osler Park protests, Dreaming Tower Ballroom Project, Civic Square, etc. The purpose of this project is to show the ethnic and cultural diversity of the area and the richness of voices represented in the local community. It is desirable the interviews capture residents emotional attachment to these assets, including history and personal relevance. The project needs to conclude before 31 December 2020; however, the Preferred Bidder will be asked to present the project's work in progress at the next Transfer Network Meeting on 20/21 of October.
