GB-Leeds: Z/3210 Catering Branding Consultancy - Great Food at Leeds (GFAL) (the name for Catering Services at the University of Leeds) are embarking on a new project to examine the packaging used across their in-house freshly made retail food to go portfolio. This is happening hand-in-hand with a review of the food to go retail items product portfolio. This retail portfolio consists of 14 cafes across campus and a large refectory space. The main food to go items prepared in house are a range of sandwiches, salads and food pots. In addition, there is also the need to examine the coffee cup presently used. Whilst being on a University campus, there is still tough competition from external retail outlets and also competition from our own Students Union that provide a range of grab and go options. http://gfal.leeds.ac.uk/where-to-eat/
