GB-Reading: RBGKEW1305 - NHP Ground Investigation Survey - Royal Botanic Gardens, Kew require a Ground Investigation survey to be undertaken by an experienced Ground Investigation Contractor in Wokingham. The investigation will inform the design of a new facility located in Thames Valley Science Park, South of Reading and adjacent to the M4. The Contractor will be required to undertake investigative works at the site to determine the site stratigraphy, confirm soil parameters for use in design, measure and monitor groundwater, investigate ground and groundwater contamination, confirm infiltration potential of underlying soil and undertake a topsoil and subsoil survey. Multi-Supplier Framework Agreement for Ground Investigation Works - Transport Scotland, on behalf of the Scottish Ministers, has identified the need for specialist Ground Investigation (GI) works to support the delivery of infrastructure projects. The procurement comprises the establishment of a Multi-supplier Framework Agreement (MSFA) with a number of ground investigation contractors to carry out and report on GI works of varying scope, complexity and value in connection with trunk road and other transport infrastructure schemes promoted by the Scottish Ministers through Transport Scotland. Ground Investigation Works - The Coal Authority (Client) was established by Parliament to undertake specific statutory duties, set out in the Coal Industry Act 1994, associated with licensing coal mining operations; managing property and the historic legacy arising from the ownership of the coal reserves and underground workings; settling subsidence damage claims not falling on coal mine operators and providing access to coal mining information. The Coal Authority has a legal duty under the Coal Mining Subsidence Act1991, to repair properties damaged by coal mining subsidence in the five coalfield regions. EKFB JV - Framework Opportunity for the Route wide Construction Ground Movements Monitoring - EKFB JV is seeking to appoint numerous Instrumentation and Monitoring Subcontractors on a framework basis to supply, install and maintain the specified instrumentation for the period required. The purpose of I&M is to support pre-construction and construction phases of approx. 90 assets including cuttings, embankments, viaducts and green tunnels across the 80km trace and to manage the geotechnical risk associated with the soil-structure interaction. There is also an opportunity for the monitoring of additional assets within the mentioned main assets including overbridges/underbridges and retaining walls. The scope will include drilling of boreholes and installation of three main type of sensors: Piezometers, Inclinometers and Extensometers.
