KMCBS-042 Glazing Upgrade (Foldings Estate) - The Council has identified one hundred and eighty (180) properties on Foldings Estate, Scholes, Cleckheaton, BD19 6 which require the replacement of all standard double glazed units (giving indicative whole window u-value (Uw) of 2.6W/m2K) with high performance sealed units (giving a new indicative whole window u-value of 1.4-1.5W/m2K). The Contractor is expected to supply and fit new glazing units and complete the Pricing Schedule that forms part of the Tender Document accordingly. The Works cover all windows. All doors are NOT included in this Contract.

FH228 Social Housing Planned Maintenance Framework - Futures Housing Group (FHG) seeks to refresh and renew its established framework of contractors to carry out repairs and renovations to its social housing stock. For clarity the partners in this tender are Futures Homescape Limited (FHL), Daventry and District Housing limited (DDH) and any other FHG group company. FHG spends circa GBP8 million annually on this type of work. This includes void properties, heating programmes, roofing programmes, major refurbishment and so on. The annual value of Lots can vary from as low as GBP30k per annum to over GBP1m per annum. Currently our framework includes large companies, SMEs and sole traders. None are discouraged. The contract award following an EU compliant tender process will be for four years subject to terms and conditions. The contract will operate as a Framework in accordance with the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 (PCR2015) Section 4 regulation 33.
