Procurement of a Sustainable Travel Strategy by Lancaster City Council to inform the Development Strategy for the Lancaster District Local Plan Review - When preparing a new Local Plan, the City Council is keen to ensure that the spatial distribution of new development and the delivery of growth to meet the district's housing and employment needs are achieved in a way that emphasises the benefits of supporting and expanding the role of sustainable travel. In the context of Lancaster District, sustainable travel should be defined as a mixture of cycling, walking and public transport (which includes both bus and rail services). To achieve this objective the City Council wishes to advance a development strategy to guide the choice of development locations identified by the new Local Plan that; - Focuses development at locations that take advantage of opportunities offered by existing sustainable travel corridors and transport nodes, in so doing, enabling the enhancement of the quality, safety, reliability, and affordability of these existing assets, and, if additional development opportunities are needed, - Focuses development at locations where new sustainable travel corridors can connect to and enhance the functionality of the existing network of sustainable travel corridors and transport nodes, thereby providing further, and integrated, sustainable travel opportunities for existing and future residents and businesses. To help achieve these ambitions for prioritising sustainable travel the City Council (as local planning authority) is seeking consultancy support for the preparation of a Sustainable Travel Strategy to inform and shape the local plan's development strategy. The Sustainable Travel Strategy should advise how sustainable travel opportunities can be maximised through the spatial distribution of development within the district. By 2030 we want Surrey to be a uniquely special place where everyone has a great start to life, people live healthy and fulfilling lives, are enabled to achieve their full potential and contribute to their community, and no one is left behind. Our ambitio - By 2030 we want Surrey to be a uniquely special place where everyone has a great start to life, people live healthy and fulfilling lives, are enabled to achieve their full potential and contribute to their community, and no one is left behind. Our ambition is that everyone benefits from education, skills and employment opportunities that help them succeed in life and enable businesses in Surrey thrive. The improving health and wellbeing outcomes through IPSPC employment support programme will test how to increase the use of employment support as a driver of improved health and wellbeing outcomes, in order to reduce health inequalities and reduce demand on the health and social care system. It will also test the role of statutory organisations in making local systems more resilient and accessible, and the economic impacts of support those furthest from the labour market into mainstream long-term employment. The Project also involves new ways of working with local partners and stakeholders in different parts of local systems to ensure solutions are co-designed and co-delivered and put citizens at the heart from the outset.

Production Support Review - AWARD - Film and TV productions face numerous logistical and practical challenges. Across the UK, multiple organisations provide world-class production support services to help productions plan their shoot, find crew, suppliers, studio space and locations, and strengthen the UK's film-friendly production ecosystem. A wide range of productions rely on these services, from large budget inward investment studio films and high-end television productions filming over a number of weeks and months, to smaller independent films and short term productions. Currently these services are provided through a patch work of funding, including through devolved and local government, as well as commercial providers. We are seeking a supplier to conduct a review to inform this work and secure the long-term sustainability of production support services. The review will look specifically - and only - at National Lottery funded production support services activity delivered by the BFC and Creative England. Activities delivered by these organisations funded by other means are out of scope of this review.

Sexual & Reproductive Health Insights - This project aims to carry out insights work to better understand the sexual and reproductive health needs of people living across Cornwall and the Isles of Scilly, which includes understanding local people's experiences and aspirations for future strategic commissioning and service delivery. In order to inform a health needs assessment of sexual and reproductive health across Cornwall and the Isles of Scilly and inform future strategic direction, this must include the needs, experiences and aspirations of the local population including health inequality groups and at risk populations. To understand the views, experiences and aspirations, this work must undertake quantitative and qualitative engagement with local communities and those experiencing a range of inequalities. This needs to take into account those living in more deprived areas, where someone is affected by their ability to access services, protective characteristics, occupation and lived experiences (Figure 1). The outcomes of the engagement and insights work is essentially needed to inform the future strategic direction and commissioning of sexual and reproductive health services across Cornwall and the Isles of Scilly. For this reason, this work must take into account of diverse populations and communities and their experiences, motivations and aspirations when seeking support from these services, especially around prevention and reducing health inequalities. The methodology undertaken to deliver this insight work will be co-produced with public health and sexual and reproductive health services and communities across Cornwall and the Isles of Scilly. This includes clear consenting and information sharing from participants, the provision of raw quantitative and qualitative data alongside a final report to provide the necessary insights work described in this specification.
