By 2030 we want Surrey to be a uniquely special place where everyone has a great start to life, people live healthy and fulfilling lives, are enabled to achieve their full potential and contribute to their community, and no one is left behind. Our ambitio - By 2030 we want Surrey to be a uniquely special place where everyone has a great start to life, people live healthy and fulfilling lives, are enabled to achieve their full potential and contribute to their community, and no one is left behind. Our ambition is that everyone benefits from education, skills and employment opportunities that help them succeed in life and enable businesses in Surrey thrive. The improving health and wellbeing outcomes through IPSPC employment support programme will test how to increase the use of employment support as a driver of improved health and wellbeing outcomes, in order to reduce health inequalities and reduce demand on the health and social care system. It will also test the role of statutory organisations in making local systems more resilient and accessible, and the economic impacts of support those furthest from the labour market into mainstream long-term employment. The Project also involves new ways of working with local partners and stakeholders in different parts of local systems to ensure solutions are co-designed and co-delivered and put citizens at the heart from the outset.

UK Infrastructure Capabilities Mapping - As we grow our UK space clusters, it is significantly important for us to connect the UK Space Ecosystem to ensure industry and academia can find the right infrastructure to help them research, innovate and commercialise products and services using satellite data and space technologies including physical and virtual design, prototyping, test and qualification, and manufacturing capabilities. We are therefore seeking a supplier to work with us and our wider stakeholders to deliver an effective, dynamic, tool to raise awareness and support access to space infrastructure capabilities available in the UK. The budget is a maximum of £50,000 for the contract deliverables out to March 2024, with budget for the following years subject to approval.

Regulation of gambling marketing - Scoping Study - For this project, GambleAware wishes to commission research to build knowledge around the key evidence and policy positions / narratives that led to regulatory shifts within gambling marketing in countries with legal systems that lend themselves to meaningful comparisons with Great Britain. Similarly, it is of interest to delve into the key evidence underpinning marketing regulatory shifts in domains akin to gambling in Great Britian. We would also like the research to search for evidence outlining the impact of such measures when implemented on key outcomes (e.g., exposure and perceptions among young people, gambling profits, frequency of play). Examining the evidence that prompted these shifts and led to change can serve as compelling support when advocating for more effective regulation with UK regulators/policy makers.
