PQ0384 - Safe and Active Mobility Social Marketing Campaign - AWARD - The Council requires a supplier for the provision of a Safe and Active Mobility Social Marketing Campaign. The goal of this intervention is to increase active mobility and inspire positive behaviour change among ethnic minorities. This campaign also aims to reduce road safety concerns that have been barriers to the use of walking and cycling as a means of movement around the city. As part of this campaign, it is critical to address these concerns and offer practical solutions. You must use culturally appropriate approaches to encourage active mobility amongst ethnic minorities who live in the target wards in Birmingham. These ward areas are Lozells, Small Heath, Alum Rock, Aston, Handsworth, Sparkhill, Sparkbrook and Balsall Heath East, Birchfield, Bordesley Green and Holyhead. You will also need to consider safety risk factors while promoting active mobility. You will be required to promote use of the following: o Walking Routes o Segregated Cycling Routes - (e.g., new walking and cycling infrastructure in the city along a major arterial route north of the city, and the southwest which connects the city centre to the University of Birmingham and a site with an agglomeration of major health care and health science facilities) o Big Birmingham Bikes Using the following (not limiting): o Instructional/Demonstration Videos o Print Media Material (Flyers, Brochures, Pamphlets) o Public Billboards o Digital Displays o Public Sector Facility Display Spaces This contract will be for a period of 3 months commencing 17th July 2022 until 17th October 2022. Consumer Awareness Campaigns Strategy - This project will support us to deliver campaigns to build awareness as required over the next 2 years. Initially the Supplier will be required to create an awareness campaign which will explain the online safety regime to the public and affected markets that we regulate. In particular to build understanding that this is not a content takedown approach (as with broadcasting complaints), and to ensure the public understands how it can engage with the regulatory regime. We may also require one campaign focused on engaging with B2B channels, ensuring that the 400,000 or so platforms understand the requirements on them under the regime.

CONTRACT FOR RECYCLE RIGHT CONTAMINATION CAMPAIGN - MWDA are looking for an organisation/individual who will be able to effectively manage external services and suppliers throughout all aspects of the campaign and display strong overall project management. Understanding MWDA's requirements as outlined in the tender, as well as its portfolio of brands and campaign delivery throughout the Liverpool City Region will be vital. MWDA require open and transparent approach to costings, and need to ensure our coverage is cost effective in relation to the budgets outlined in the document. This will be displayed by producing a timetabled and costed schedule that reflects the requirements of the brief. As this campaign will be launching to coincide with WRAP's national Recycle Week, MWDA are looking for an organisation who can coordinate activity with regional and national platforms to create added value and reach a wide variety of demographics throughout the Liverpool City Region. MWDA will consider suggestions that will improve the overall successful delivery of the campaign. In addition, the ability to demonstrate and detail experience of working with the public sector/local government is desirable. Following the end of the campaign, the organisation/individual should report results on the campaign, including analysis and evaluation including ROI, direct to MWDA.
