NHS Screening Video and Social Media Campaign - A screening video will provide essential information to the public about the UK NHS screening programmes available. The vulnerable within the region and in the country, are less likely to participate in the screening programme, hence, have a lower uptake than the rest of the population. The video will act as a tool to engage with this cohort. The video will be targeted at those within the inclusion health group, who are most likely to face inequalities and barriers that deter them from participating in the screening programmes. The video will act as a tool to engage with this cohort, with the main purpose of encouraging participation. It will cover key information about the screening programmes including timeline for the screening, and it will address common myths and misconceptions around screening. PQ0429 - Countering Domestic Abuse Media Campaign - Informing Women, Transforming Lives - AWARD - Birmingham City Council (the Council) seeks to invite suitably experienced and qualified media agencies/organisation for Inform Women Transform Lives work ( to develop and execute a comprehensive marketing campaign to raise awareness of Gender-Based Violence, encourage women to use relevant services and visit the website (delivery for a duration of 12 months). WP3874 - Public Open Spaces Advertising Service - AWARD - Walsall Council has successfully used an Agency (the "Provider") in the past to provide advertising services on roundabouts across the Borough of Walsall. The Council are now seeking to contract with a high quality, best value, Provider for the provision of advertising services. In addition to the advertising services on the roundabouts signage, the Council are looking to expand the scope of the advertising contract to possibly include, (but not limited to) litter bins in high footfall areas throughout the town and the Borough. The Council would ideally like a Provider that is able to manage both these advertising initiatives. The Council currently have 45 roundabouts across the Borough with an average of four (4) signs on each roundabout. See Schedule 4 for further details of the relevant Locations. The Council has an Advertising and Sponsorship policy in place which clearly states specific industry sectors that it cannot advertise, and the Council will requires the successful Provider to adhere to this policy on its behalf at all times.
