Secure Printing and Results Processing for Registration Exams - The assessment run by the GMC known as the Professional and Linguistic Assessments Board (‘PLAB’) test is the main route by which doctors qualified outside the UK and European Economic Area (international medical graduates or ‘IMGs’) demonstrate that they have the knowledge and skills to practise in the UK. The test is set at the level expected of a doctor at the first day of a Foundation Year 2 appointment, which is normally one year after qualifying as a doctor. The test is in two Parts. At some point during the life of the contract the exam will be re-named and will become Medical Licensing Assessment (MLA) for international medical graduates.

The Supply Chain Network Marketing Project - Procurement Opportunity TSCN is currently looking to procure an individual / organisation to review, develop and promote The Supply Chain Network's upgraded toolkit across the East Riding of Yorkshire and Hull with the purpose of promoting its upgraded benefits, driving traffic to the site and increasing long term engagement. The purpose of the FREE toolkit , is to help businesses to promote their products and services and to give them awareness of regional work to "make opportunities visible, accessible and winnable". As part of this project, you will evaluate the current reach of TSCN website and develop ways to further promote the Supplier Directory and the Opportunities Map across SMEs and micro businesses alongside medium and large organisations. The promotional content will be centred around the benefits of the project, how they can register, the features and benefits of the site and promotion of current case studies. We are looking for a near immediate increase in the generation of leads and throughout the delivery of this project. The measurement of success for this contract will be the increase of traffic to the website (see goals below). This will be measured across the core audiences who use the toolkits. The current site is being redeveloped to increase useability, improve the user experience and encourage more engagement resulting in more opportunities being posted and listings created. The current site, which has not been marketed heavily for the past 12 months currently receives approximately 50 new listings and 10 new opportunities per quarter. We don't currently have the data for interaction/hits on the current website. Goals of the project: Increase of listed businesses - 300 new sign ups Increase in no. of tenders/opportunities - 50 new opportunities on the map Increased awareness measured through sign ups Next 6 months of delivery planned out Proposal Requirements The scope of this project has been deliberately left vague to solicit your interpretation and ideas on how the goals can be best achieved. Crawley, Horsham, Mid Sussex and Mole Valley Electoral Print and Mail - Crawley Borough Council (lead procuring authority), Horsham District Council, Mid Sussex District Council and Mole Valley District Council each require a long term agreement, commencing 1st April 2024, for the provision of electoral print services. Each Participating Authority's contract will include for all the printing requirements of each Council's elections department, including but not limited to the poll cards and ballot papers for elections, the annual canvass exercises and for some Councils the Household notification letters. The appointed supplier will also be responsible for sourcing the materials to be printed on (card/paper etc.) and will be responsible for overseeing the posting/mailing requirements. It is anticipated that the postal element will be subcontracted by the appointed supplier but they will remain responsible for managing and overseeing this element. The appointed supplier must be capable of integrating with each Council's Election Management System; both their current system and their future system in the event Councils change their systems during the lifetime of their contracts. Each participating authority requires a contract lasting six years, up to 31st March 2030, with no extension options built in. This tender will have four independently awardable lots (one for each Council's contract).

This totals six magazines over this period. We produce an early summer edition, distributed in June. The autumn edition is distributed mid to late November. Pending agreement from both parties to extend the contract for a further year, a further two issues will be printed and distributed for June 202. The magazine will be A4 sized and printed in full colour. It will have 12-16 pages in total. The magazine will be distributed to approximately 43,000 households in the Hart District Council area.
